Mary G. Notaro has been exclusively practicing in the area of matrimonial and family law for over for over 25 years. Mary has extensive experience negotiating prenuptial and settlement agreements, as well as zealously representing clients throughout all aspects of litigation.
Prior to forming Moses Ziegelman Richards & Notaro, LLP, Mary was a partner at Rosenthal Herman & Notaro, P.C. She served on the Matrimonial Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association from September 2014 through August 2018, and will serve an additional term commencing in September 2019. Mary is a member of the New York City Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association, where she participates in their pro bono program. Every year since 2014, she has received New York Super Lawyers designation by her peers.
Mary is a graduate of New York Law School and was admitted to the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar in 1992.
Mary lives in Westchester County with her husband, Andrew and their two daughters.
